Return Policy – Airless Parts Depot
Return Authorization Required (IMPORTANT)
All returns must be approved in advance.
To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us at airlesspartdepot@gmail.com.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted
- Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the customer’s expense
Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Free return shipping applies only within the first 15 days
Free Returns (Parts & Accessories Only)
- Free returns are available within 15 days of delivery for eligible parts and accessories
- After 15 days, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Non-Eligible Items
- Airless paint sprayers (customer must cover return shipping)
- Sale or discounted items (final sale)
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Items must be returned in resellable condition
- All original components, manuals, and packaging must be included
We reserve the right to:
- Reject returns that show signs of use, installation, damage, or missing components
- Apply a restocking fee of up to 20% if items are not returned in original condition
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated
- Use a trackable and insured shipping method
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit
- Responsibility remains with the customer until the item is received and inspected
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Missing, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Once marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery
Shipping Damage or Loss
- Claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery
- Photos and documentation may be required
- Freight insurance covers up to $100
Order Refusal / Abuse Protection
- We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with excessive return activity
- We may deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations
Late or Missing Refunds
Check your bank account, contact your credit card company, then your bank.

Final Sale Items
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund
- By purchasing, you agree to this condition
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only for defective or damaged items
